What You Will Need:
~Concealer~Black/Grey Eyeshadow~Mascara~Eyelash Curler~Eyebrow Pencil~Blush~Black Eyeliner~

-> Wash face as needed.
-> Apply concealer if you need to.
-> Apply dark eyeshadow on top lid, up to about the eyebrow. Stop around the bone above your eye, and make sure the shadow goes farther out from eye, and is rounded.
-> Apply black eyeliner if you want; it is unclear whether Demi is wearing it.
-> Using a eyebrow curler, curl eyelashes.
-> Apply mascara.
-> Apply eyebrow pencil to darken them.
-> Apply blush.
