What You Will Need:
~Concealer~Blush~Blue Sparkle Pencil/Eyeshadow~Grey/Purple Shadow~Mascara~

-> Wash face if you need to.
-> Apply concealer if necessary.
-> With the blue color, stress the color around eye, top lid and bottom, and apply lightly to rest of top lid.
-> Apply purple/grey shadow to top lid from the blue, blending it, up to eyebrows.
-> Apply mascara.
-> Apply blush lightly to outside cheeks.
