What you will need:

Concealer~Black Eyeliner~Light Purple Shadow~Pink Blush~Gloss

-> Wash face.
-> Apply concealer as needed.
-> Apply light purple shadow(NOTE: this color is not certain, since Demi is wearing sunglasses; but HQ pic has tint of purple at corner of eye) to lid and lightly til brow.
-> Apply black eyeliner to top and bottom lids.
-> Apply pink blush to cheekbone.
-> Apply gloss.
