What You Will Need:
~Concealer~Red-Brown Eyeshadow~Black Eyeliner~Mascara~Light Blush~Red Lipstick~Lip Gloss~

-> Wash face as usual.
-> Apply concealer if you need to.
-> Apply eyeshadow to entire lid, and shape it to where the bone begins.
-> Apply black eyeliner really thinly, if at all. Just make sure it defines the eye.
-> Apply mascara, or even wear fake eyelashes. It’s unclear if Demi is wearing them.
-> Apply blush very lightly to cheeks.
-> Apply the red lipstick, then apply gloss to give it a shine.
