-> With a curling iron, begin to curl the bottom layer of hair loosely. As you get to the top layers, begin to make the curls tight.
-> Make sure some curls are very curly.
-> Run hands through hair to separate some curls.
-> Brush bangs to front.
-> Hairspray if you need to.
